Luis offers workshops in “How to Read Poetry” and in “How to Write Poetry.”

Luis has presented workshops in poetry for Poetry on a Platter (Salida, Montrose, and Paonia, Colorado. He has presented workshops for high school in a number of cities. A specialty for high school is Sports Poetry.

Luis directs a poetry workshop every second Wednesday of every month at the Mesa County Public Library. This workshop is free to the public.
